Hi! My name is Chloe Chen and I'm a rising Junior studying Linguistics and Computer Science at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. I am an summer intern for the LINGUIST List. I'm a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, with some knowledge in the Wu dialect spoken in the Yangtze River Delta. I've taken classes in French and am about to start Arabic. I hope to get a MS in Computational Linguistics, and go on to use technology as a creative solution for problems in language/dialect documentation and conservation.
