Brief Description: "Palewyami Yokuts, formerly spoken along Poso Creek in Kern County, California, was the most divergent of the languages or emergent languages in the Yokuts complex. Its vocabulary is partially documented in several wordlists, the longest and most reliable collected by Harrington in the 1920s. There have been no speakers of Palemyami since the 1930s."
