Brief Description:
"Borówa / Borowa" is perhaps the Cupeo name, but is apparently the only unambiguous one used in the literature. Máku is an Aikhenvald convention for distinguishing it from all the other Makus (a pejorative Arawakan name applied to anyone who speaks an unintelligible language), but it's not actually distinguished in much of the rest of the literature.
